All fees paid towards recruitment services, job postings, subscriptions, consulting, or any other professional services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Once a service has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be entertained. Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to the commencement of services and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In exceptional circumstances, SmartCalsee may consider refunds at its sole discretion. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Users acknowledge that business outcomes may vary and that service fees are charged for professional effort, time, and resources rather than guaranteed results. By making a payment, users agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
